Before you design custom company shirts that your employees can wear at work, you need to know which t shirt printing method is most suitable for your company uniforms in Singapore.

To help you decide, here are some t shirt printing methods that you can choose from for your designed custom company shirts.

1. Screen Printing

For your company uniforms, this t shirt printing method will provide a quality print of the text and layout since it directly transfers the ink using a mesh screen and a squeegee. Once done, all customer company shirts will need 20 minutes until the ink becomes completely dry.

2. Direct To Garments (DTG)

This corporate t shirt printing method in Singapore uses a fabric printing machine. It prints the design text and layout directly onto the garment.

If you opt for this method, keep in mind that it is not suitable for cottony garments and can cost quite a lot.

3. Discharge Printing

This one is the least favourite of corporate companies when it comes to corporate t shirt printing since it is time-consuming and costly. But even if that is the case, this method can create a unique output for a t shirt.

4. Dye Sublimation

Do you own a shirt that has a design all over it? If so, the method used to create that is dye sublimation. It works by transferring the printed design from a piece of paper to the fabric material using heat transfer.

5. Airbrushing

Among all the t shirt printing methods, airbrushing is the least suitable for commercial use since the process is so complex that it will take hours to make one shirt.

If you want to know the output of these t shirt printing methods for your company uniforms in Singapore, go to Express Printing. Their staff will be glad to show you some samples to help you make the right decision.
